30-Day Return Policy
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery if you are not fully satisfied with your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase (such as your order number or confirmation email)
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@easemate.co.uk. We will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please request a return and place a new order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Please note:
- Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or sent in error.
Items Not Eligible for Return
We cannot accept returns for:
- Used hygiene-related items
- Products not in their original packaging
- Custom items, unless damaged or defective
If your order arrived damaged or faulty, please contact us and we will resolve the issue promptly.
1-Year No-Quibble Guarantee
All products are covered by our 1-Year No-Quibble Guarantee against manufacturing defects. This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse.
