At EaseMate, we work with a trusted international fulfilment partner to ensure fast and reliable delivery across the UK, Ireland, and Europe.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3–4 business days after payment is confirmed. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Time

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes:

  • 5 to 7 business days for most UK addresses
  • 6 to 10 business days for & Ireland and other parts of Europe

Please note: While most orders arrive on time, some may arrive a few days after the estimated date due to factors outside our control (such as local postal delays or customs clearance).

Late Delivery

If your order hasn’t arrived 6 or more business days after the estimated delivery date, please contact us at hello@easemate.co.uk and we’ll investigate right away.
