To track your order, just enter your email address and order number.
Not sure what your order number is? You can find it in the confirmation email we sent on the day of your purchase.

If you didn’t see the email, be sure to check your junk or spam folder — it’s titled:
“Your EaseMate order has been received!”

Why am I getting a “Could Not Find Order” error?
Sorry about that! If you’re seeing a “Could Not Find Order” error, please double-check that:
You entered the correct email address used during checkout
You entered your order number without the “#”
